No pressure! After the workshop, you’ll get the opportunity to explore more options for a longer program, whether it’s our 12 week, 8 week, or 18 week program. You can decide what works best for you and take the next step toward your fitness goals or not at all.
Do I need to be in great shape to attend?
Not at all! The workshop is designed to meet you where you’re at, and we’ll tailor the experience to your fitness level.

Each session will be approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
